Our Mission
Our goal is to improve vocational training and job placement to help poor or otherwise disadvantaged young people find decent jobs or start businesses. Strong links with leading local and international corporations are central to that goal.
All youth deserve an equal chance to carry out a job search. They need to know what to expect from the job market and what skills their fields demand. Practical and relevant vocational training that responds to market needs in Pakistan is critical. Currently, far too many youth complete training programs lacking useful technical and job-seeking skills.
